CLA Atlanta 2009 Annual Conference

Path of Integrity

Today, our world needs authentic leaders—men and women of integrity who will live consistently with the character of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We hope that you will join us at the 2009 Christian Leadership Alliance National Conference in Atlanta as we share ideas and explore together what it means for us as Christian leaders to walk a lifelong path of integrity.

William Wilberforce, the 18th century member of English Parliament who successfully led the charge to end the British slave trade, was passionate about the need for Christians to live lives of authenticity and integrity.

In 2006 Dr. Bob Beltz authored Real Christianity, an update of Wilberforce's original book to Christians of his own time. Wilberforce's thoughts are very applicable today. In Real ChristianityWilberforce says: "Authentic faith is not interested in being able to put on a virtuous mask. It demands truth in the inner person. The person of faith stands in the presence of the One who searched our hearts." (See Ps. 139:1–4.)

Our Lord does indeed search us and know us. The 2009 CLA conference in Atlanta will give us an opportunity to explore together how we can live lives of true integrity as we move forward in the ministry path God has set before us. Please join us!
